Most orders ship the next business day, but some orders to take two business days. If you place your order on Monday, it will typically ship out by Tuesday afternoon. If you place your order on Friday evening weekend, or holiday, it will ship the next Business Day. We always send an email notification to let you know your order has shipped.
For US/Domestic Orders:
Shipping is only $5 for all orders, large or small. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Note: Due to how shipping pricing is handled by the United States Postal Service, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This is done to keep our shipping prices as low as possible.
Most orders are received within 3-4 business days after shipment.
For US/Domestic Express Orders:
Shipping starts at $18 and is based on order size. All orders are shipped USPS Express Mail. Note: Due to how shipping pricing is handled by the United States Postal Service, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This is done to keep our shipping prices as low as possible.

For International Orders:
Orders to Canada are $20 shipping, big or small orders. Orders to everywhere else is $24 flat rate. All international orders are shipped United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Note: Due to how international shipping pricing is handled by the United States Postal Service, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This is done to keep our shipping prices as low as possible.
Typical Arrival time is 7-14 business days after shipment.
Listed arrival times are best estimates based on our experiences. Some shipments may take longer than expected depending on the destination city/country and for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or destination country customs delays). Per the terms of our shipping insurer, to claim a lost parcel you must wait 21 days for Domestic and 45 days for International locations, except for Italy which requires 60 days. We offer two payment options. We accept all major credit cards through our website. All information is securely transferred between us and our payment gateway. We do not store any of the credit card information on our site. All of that is handled through our payment gateway back end (PayPal systems).
We also accept direct payments through PayPal. You can chose your preferred payment method during checkout.
We Accept Credit Cards and eChecks Via PayPal.
A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase.
NOTE: Payment via eCheck may be held 3-5 business days until the Check clears. This is a recommendation by PayPal.

We charge 9.5% Arizona sales tax to orders billed to an Arizona address
We do not accept returns. We do offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping.
